It opened in its current form only in 2002, and uses only the most modern growing and production techniques. However, it was founded on land owned and lovingly cultivated by the owner’s grandparents so that the winery is able to work with old traditions to balance out the modern methods. This Albariño is displays fresh orange and lime citrus with a lively fruity structure. The palate is balanced and has a distinctive appetizing finish. Should be perfect with fish or chicken with plenty of citrus fruits or glaze. Produced from a combination of young estate-grown vines and purchased fruit, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on its lees for only a few weeks, the wine provides a crisp, refreshing flavor with an easy drinking profile.
