Authentic Spanish Paella Pans
Our authentic paella pans are from Valencia, the paella capital of the world. Low sides and a broad dimpled surface distribute the heat evenly, encouraging a crunchy soccorat crust. WHICH PAN IS BEST FOR ME? (1) Stainless Steel: for years of use and minimal care: Heavy gauge with gold plated handles. Makes a beautiful display. (2) Traditional: made of sturdy carbon steel. Is the affordable standard in Spanish homes. It does change color and require regular care to avoid rust. (3) Pata Negra: Twice the gauge steel as the Traditional for more precise cooking.
Please note that paella pans 18" and larger will not fit in a standard-sized oven.
