Our Return & Exchange Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. Contact Customer Service to request your RMA at email@example.com or 888-331-4362, Monday-Thursday from 9 am-5:30 pm ET and Friday from 8:30 am-2 pm ET.
Because we process orders so quickly, we are not able to cancel or make changes to existing orders.
Return & Exchange Policies:
- All returns and exchanges must have an RMA number
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase
- Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging
- Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment. Your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
- Gift recipients may only exchange their gift or return it for a gift card
- Club Tienda products may not be refunded or exchanged
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Products purchased at our Williamsburg retail store may only be returned or exchanged at the store. Please contact the store at 757-253-1925 with questions.
Returns and exchanges meeting the above conditions will be processed by La Tienda within approximately 10 business days of receipt at our facilities.
