La Tienda’s Return and Exchange Policy

We know that it is sometimes necessary to return or exchange an item. In order to process any return or exchange, it is required that you request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To contact our friendly Customer Service Team please email us or call us at 888-331-4362. We are here Monday-Friday from 9-5pm ET.

To make an exchange, please call the Customer Service Team. We’ll help you place an order for the new item and ship it right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return with its RMA number, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. Refunds are made in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

Because we process orders so quickly, we are not able to cancel or make changes to existing orders once they have been placed. It is our pleasure to help you with a return or exchange! Please be sure to email or call us to arrange for an RMA number so that we can process your return or exchange. Thank you!

Important Return and Exchange Conditions:


  • All returns and exchanges must have an RMA number

  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging

  • Refunds may only be issued to the original form of payment

  • Club Tienda products may not be refunded or exchanged

  • Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable

  • Products purchased at La Tienda’s Williamsburg Retail Store may only be returned or exchanged at the store location. For Retail Store returns and exchanges, please contact the Retail Store directly at 757-253-1925.

Returns and exchanges meeting the above conditions will be processed by La Tienda within 10-15 business days of receipt at our facilities.
