1 baguette, sliced into approximately 36 round pieces
Approximately 12 ounces Tetilla cheese
Approximatley 12 ounces Sobrasada semi-soft chorizo
Place bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
While bread is baking, slice Tetilla cheese into 36 small pieces, each about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Then slice Sobrasada into 36 thin rounds, each about 1/8 inch thick.
Remove bread from oven. Layer one slice of Sobrasada followed by one slice of Tetilla cheese on each piece of toasted bread.
Return baking sheet to oven and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
