Place the flour in a bowl with the parsley and salt and add enough of the shrimp water to make a thin paste. In a small frying pan, heat a little olive oil until smoking hot, then pour in a little of the mixture, tilting the pan to spread it, and then place a tablespoonful of onion and another shrimp on top.
