Valdeón or Cabrales Cheese DipSalsa de queso de Valdeón o CabralesIngredients:8 oz Valdeón or other Spanish blue cheese, such as Cabrales 1 1/2 glasses whipped, unsweetened cream 1 tbsp Worcester sauce Salt and freshly ground black pepper Preparation:Mix all the ingredients in the blender.
