2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons garlic powder

3 teaspoons salt

3 teaspoons ground black pepper

4 teaspoons granulated sugar

2 teaspoons thyme

2 teaspoons oregano

1 teaspoon ground yellow mustard

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1 whole (12-15 lb.) turkey

In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil.

"This is an incredible 'secret weapon' that is so easy to pull off. Your guests will not be able to figure out how you got such a subtle, smoky flavor without roasting over an actual wood fire. Hope you enjoy as much as we do."
