Ingredients:
11 oz goat cheese 1 tbsp oil 1 bag baby green leaves Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup virgin olive oil 3 tbsp sherry vinegar 1 tbsp honey Salt Pepper
Preparation:
Vinaigrette: Dissolve the salt, pepper and honey in the vinegar and beat in the virgin olive oil until an emulsion forms. Cut the cheese into 3/4 inch slices and grill until golden. Place on plates, add the salad and dress with the vinaigrette.
