These crunchy crackers are formed by hand individually, full of indentations and undulations. They are just the right size to hold a slice of chorizo or an anchovy fillet. And the magical recipe of olive oil and wheat flour keeps them crunchy for hours, even when they are supporting the creamiest of canapes or montaditos.
Our friends produce these traditional crackers, sometimes called 'regañas,' by hand in Valencia. At the same time the facilities are spotless and modern, and each batch is sealed in plastic for freshness.
