- Serve as is, or add fresh fruit!
- Size - 3 Liters - About 4 Bottles of Wine
Sangría is the traditional party drink of Andalucia. Red wine is mixed with fruit, soda and brandy -- sort of a citrus wine spritzer. It is an informal and refreshing way to enjoy good company with friends.
This box contains red wine and natural citrus, making a great base for sangría. This is a good head-start for your own creative urge, using the recipe below, or serve it chilled right from the box.
Alcohol 7% - 10%
TRADITIONAL SANGRÍA (Four Servings)
1 bottle Reál Sangría mix or Spanish red wine
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/4 cup of orange liqueur (optional), such as Gran Marnier or Cointreau
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 cup of chilled soda water
Sliced apples, oranges, limes and whatever fruit you enjoy
Combine the wine with the orange juice, liqueur and fruit. Refrigerate for at least an hour, ideally overnight. Add chilled soda water and a small amount of ice right before serving.

"This is the best Sangria I have tasted in over 20 years. "

"We used the reciepe from this page to doctor the 3L box of Sangria. Everyone at our party really enjoyed it. I thought it was a tad sweet, but very flavorful! I measured out 3 Cups of the mix (which is about equal to 1 750ml bottle of wine) and then added the 1/4 Cup orange juice, 1/4 Cup orange liqueur (per bottle of wine) and we added the fruit (Apples, limes, oranges, grapes, and blueberries)then chilled. The entire box is equal to 3-4 750ml bottles of wine. We added the 1 Cup soda water (per bottle of wine), 1 Tablespoon of simple syrup (sugar water) instead granular sugar(per bottle of wine), and the ice just before the party. Quick, easy and great tasting Sangria!"
