These smoky, juicy sliders are made from ground acorn-fed Ibérico pork from Spain. Each juicy bite is full of the smoky flavor of Pimentón de La Vera, Spain’s famous smoked paprika. We partner with a local artisan sausage maker to create these patties, ready to prepare on the grill or pan-fry in your kitchen.

The fresh Ibérico de Bellota pork is imported from Spain. Ibérico pigs can only be found in southwestern Spain, where they roam the ‘dehesa’ countryside, feasting on sweet acorns. The resulting pork has a rich acorn flavor and a deep color, lending a taste profile and juiciness you will find nowhere else.

Our sausage maker seasons the sliders with Pimentón de La Vera, a hardwood smoked paprika from western Spain. This amazing spice adds a deep smokiness that pairs beautifully with the rich Ibérico de Bellota pork. We add about 20% humanely-raised lean pork from the US to get the right balance of fat to lean.

Grill your sliders over indirect heat so that there is no flare-up on the grill. Cook until medium-done and pink in the middle.*

Your Ibérico pork sliders will be shipped frozen on dry ice. Store in the freezer for up to a month or in the refrigerator for up to three days.
