The secret is the full-flavored Ibérico de Bellota pork and the acorn flavored fat, which literally melts at room temperature. Blended with smoky Pimentón de La Vera paprika, sea salt and other spices, the texture and flavor of this exceptional pork shines through.

We partnered with a boutique sausage maker in Maryland who takes great pride in every sausage he makes. He adds no fillers or unnecessary ingredients, just the pure flavor of a craft chorizo sausage.

This exceptional cooking chorizo is made from 100% free-range, acorn-fed Ibérico de Bellota pork imported from Spain. The Ibérico pigs that earn Bellota status live a life of bliss on the ancient Dehesa rangelands of southwestern Spain, feasting on fresh grass, herbs and sweet acorns (bellotas in Spanish).

This cooking chorizo is great on the grill and perfect for your next paella. You can also enjoy it as a breakfast sausage or simmered in red wine.

Your chorizo will arrive frozen. It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week or for up to 8 weeks in the freezer. Thaw before cooking. Nitrate and nitrite free. U.S. made from imported ingredients.
