"Not the greatest caballla. Too fishy tasting compared to other Spanish mackerel. If you made the mistake and bought it, dump the oil. Then serve over slices of tomatoes with a bit of oregano and pepper. Squeeze a lemon to kill the overwhelming "old fishy" taste. "
