Tetilla - A buttery cow's milk cheese with a bright, rich flavor. Great melted on a canapé. Aged 60 days in Galicia, 1.1 pounds.
Manchego Cheese Sampler - Dehesa de Los Llanos is regarded as Spain's finest Manchego, and here we offer this special cheese at three different ages - young and mild 3 month aged wedge, a Curado 6 month aged wedge, and a firm, sharp Gran Reserva 9 month aged wedge. Made with raw sheep's milk, three 7.9 oz wedges.
Garrotxa - This bone white cheese has a characteristic fresh, nutty and herbal flavor with a creamy texture. Aged 45 days in Catalunya. Pasteurized goat's milk, 1.1 pounds.
Smoked Paprika Infused Cheese - This medium intensity cheese is balanced with the deep smokiness of pimentón de La Vera, Spain's smoked paprika. Made of raw sheep's and goat's milk. Aged 6 months in La Mancha, 1.1 pounds.
Pañoleta Truffle Cheese - From the walled city of Morella in the Valencian community, local cheesemakers add diced aromatic truffle to their pasteurized sheep's milk cheese. The result is a bold, sharp cheese with a, aromatic truffle finish. Aged 20 days, 15.8 ounces.
