This charming paella kit includes the finest ingredients for serving one or two people -complete with a recipe. All you need to do is add a small amount of seafood, chicken, vegetables, whatever suits your fancy.

The contents are:
1. Calasparra Rice (2.2 lbs.) This venerable strain of paella rice is not grown in marshes, but rather it is cultivated in the valleys of Murcia in fresh water drawn from mountain streams.

2. Saffron. Select grade, hand picked in La Mancha (0.035 oz)

3. Pimentón de La Vera. The celebrated and unique smoked paprika (2.47 oz) which will add a signature Spanish flavor to your broth.

4. Seafood bouillon. Provides depth to the flavor of your broth as it is absorbed by your special rice.

We place all of these ingredients within a premium quality traditional 10" paella pan made of steel with riveted handles. This is then packaged in a hand-made wooden gift box.
