This charming paella kit includes the finest Spanish ingredients for paella for one or two people. All you need to add are fresh seafood, chicken, or vegetables.
The Mini Paella Kit includes:
1. A 2.2 lb. bag of Calasparra Rice, a venerable strain of paella rice that is not grown in marshes, but rather it is cultivated in the valleys of Murcia in fresh water drawn from mountain streams.
2. Saffron - Select grade, hand picked in La Mancha (0.035 oz)
3. A 2.47 oz tin of Pimentón de La Vera - This unique smoked paprika will add a signature Spanish flavor to your paella broth.
All of these ingredients are packaged in a beautiful woven basket with a premium quality traditional steel 10" paella pan with riveted handles.
