When cooking paella, a wide, flat pan achieves the best results. These dimpled paella pans from Valencia distribute the heat evenly for a perfect paella. We carry three types of paella pan. Our traditional paella pans are more affordable, but require care or they will rust. Our 'Pata Negra' pans are twice as heavy and thick for more even cooking. And finally, our stainless steel pans with gold plated handles will stay beautiful for years with minimal care.
Please note that paella pans larger than 18" will not fit in a standard-sized oven.
