Rice and Pasta from Spain

Rice dishes are central to the cuisine of southern and eastern Spain. Chief among them is paella, which requires special short grained rice which absorbs flavor without breaking apart. For a great paella, true Spanish rice is essential. We also offer some excellent pastas from Cataluña, including fideua and caneloni.
