It is a vibrant vinegar with a brilliant sweet note supported by a lively acidity. Aged for years in oak barrels, this vinegar is mature and balanced and infinitely more complex than normal wine vinegars.
The Osborne bodega was founded in the 18th Century by a young English gentleman, Thomas Osborne. More than two centuries later, Osborne is still a family run business that maintains the same enterprising spirit as its founder.
In the heart of its wineries in El Puerto de Santa Maria, in Andalucia, Osborne guards the casks in which V.O. is produced. A premium Sherry vinegar, rich mahogany in color with full aromatic notes reflecting its long oak-aging. Very expressive and full-bodied.
