Pimientos del Bierzo in his kitchen garden, and roasts the peppers by hand in wood stoked ovens. The peppers are then peeled by hand, one-by-one, and packed in generous 10 ounce jars. No water or any artificial means are used. If you like Pimientos de Piquillo from Lodosa, we are sure you will love these. The Bierzo is an extra special pepper grown in very small quantities.
