Fideuá is a delicious dish from Cataluña similar to paella, usually prepared with freshly harvested seafood. As with paella, the fundamental flavor is in the broth, and the master pasta makers at Sandro Desii have ensured that you will prepare an excellent fideuá by infusing their pasta with broth made from fresh fish, garlic and paprika.
Fideuá is even simpler to prepare than paella. Once the broth is prepared, it takes less than ten minutes before the thin noodles of fideo pasta are fully cooked.
