Here is a great shortcut to making a flavorful shrimp flavored broth, either for your paella or other rice dishes. Actually, it is also a great addition for a shrimp gumbo - rather than boiling down all those shrimp shells. What a great way to augment your paella broth, and a fine addition to your general cooking seasonings!
Ingredients
Salt, hydrogenated vegetable fat, corn starch, flavor enhancer (monosodium glutemate), sugar, hydrolised vegetable protien, yeast extract, dehydrated shrimp, shrimp aroma, vegetables (onion, parsley, carrot turmeric) and spices. Gluten Free.
