These tender, mild small sardines are a delicious tapa and a healthy addition to salads. Harvested from the cool, clean waters off the coast of Galicia, these sardines are steamed and packed by hand in olive oil as soon as they arrive at the shore.
Sardines are delicious on salads, or as a key ingredient to a tapas creation. We think they pair very well with piquillo peppers, olives or sauteed onions. Pile a round of fresh bread with a dollop of alioli, topped with a sardine and a piquillo pepper, delicious!
