Handmade with all natural ingredients in the Navarra region of Spain, these mousses capture the essence of piquillo peppers, asparagus and wild mushrooms. Spread these rich and creamy mousses on crackers topped with olives and baby shrimp. Swirl them into sauces and soups or use them as a decadent sandwich condiment.
Piquillo Pepper Mousse: piquillo peppers (50%), pasteurized egg, cream, onion, garlic, white pepper, salt and citric acid as acidulant.
Asparagus Mousse: asparagus (49%), pasteurized egg, cream, onion, garlic, salt, white pepper and nutmeg.
Wild Mushroom Mousse: wild mushrooms (53%), pasteurized egg, cream, white wine, garlic, salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Gluten Free.
