Handmade in the Navarra region of Spain, this mousse captures the flavor of fresh wild mushrooms. Spread this smooth and creamy mousse on crackers as a canape. Swirl it into sauces and soups or use it as a decadent sandwich condiment.

"This is a product that I did not care too much for. It has a really nice texture, but I did not taste too much mushroom, or really any taste at all. It is quite bland. And there are tiny grains of something gritty throughout the product. I do not know if it is dirt or nutmeg, which is an ingredient in the product.

"I have been ordering from La Tienda for at least 3 years. Have enjoyed many of the El Navarrico products.But this one is a true dissapointment.
Seems as if it was made from reconstituted dry mushroom lacking depth of flavor.
