To make torrefacto coffee, a portion of the beans are sugar-roasted, caramelizing the outside of the bean. This intensifies the flavor of the coffee without adding sweetness. Next we include ground natural roast coffee which Catunambú carefully selects and blends from the best coffee growing regions for a world-class cup.
To enjoy with your steaming cup of hot coffee, we include our favorite coffee-infused sweets - chocolate and coffee-covered Marcona almonds, as well as Largueta almonds glazed with coffee-caramel. These crunchy, flavorful nuts pair perfectly with an after dinner coffee, or with your morning brew.
