Artisan quality La Chinata is generally accepted as the best. It is grown smoked and milled in the micro-climate of La Vera, not far from where Columbus presented the first plants to Ferdinand and Isabela.

Beyond that, you will discover that Sweet Smoked Paprika is an excellent addition to some of your favorite recipes. We use it as a flavoring for potatoes and fish dishes, light stews, sauces, garlic chicken and roasted meats.

It also comes in bittersweet and hot.
