Fermín Rodríguez, a master taster, has drawn from the rich variety of olives available in the historic Priego de Córdoba region of Andalucía and blended fresh pressed juice from picual, picudo, and hojiblanca olives.

The result is a warm and complex flavor profile - therby avoiding the flavor limitations of a single fruit olive oil.
