"Has a weedy, slightly bitter flavor. The odor while cooking smells faintly of mustard greens and Brussel's sprouts. Overall more vegetable qualities than fruit qualities. Very reasonable cost, but not an attractive oil. "

"I know this is a popular olive oil in Spain and I found it to be an excellent cooking oil. I was looking for a stronger flavor. We have been using Gallo (Portugal) for years, but it seems to have changed this year."
