Señorío de Vizcántar is our finest olive oil, personally selected by an official taster for its region. It bears the quality seal of D. O. Priego de Córdoba. This 17 ounce bottle holds an artful blend of the oil of picual, hojiblanca & picudo olives.
Accompanying the olive oil is Pedro Romero Prestige Reserva Sherry Vinegar. Made from Palomino grapes in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, this is an exceptional sherry vinegar. Its bright zesty flavor is perfect for salads and vinaigrette dressings and it will add rich flavor and depth to your homemade soups and stews.

"This oil and vinegar set arrived quickly and in perfect condition. We enjoyed these flavors on our trip to Spain and are delighted to find a source for them stateside. The grapes from Spain have a bit of a brash flavor, and they are well suited to making complex aged vinegars and of course sherry wines.
