These extra plump manzanilla olives come from Andalucía, which has long been known for excellent fruit. They’re stuffed with anchovy paste and stored in brine to preserve their complex flavors.
Over the years, we’ve found these olives to be quite a hit at cocktail parties and in family lunches alike. Some people instinctively dislike anchovies, but these olives may just win them over. To our surprise, kids love them – so we always keep a bowl within reach.
