Well known for their colossal size, Gordal olives have a meaty texture and mild flavor. Gordals are picked green and cured for 3-4 months in just salt, water and herbs and they are just about the largest olives you'll ever find. Called Jumbo or Queen olives in the U.S. because of their size, Gordal olives have a low oil content and a high sugar content and are well suited for garnishing martinis, snacking or serving alongside green salads.

Grown using traditional techniques by Dequmana, a small company based near the lovely city of Carmona. They pick their Gordal olives by hand to ensure the quality of the olives prior to curing for 3-4 months with just water, salt and Mediterranean herbs. These olives are all natural and a perfect olive for your table.
