- Delicious balance of tart and sweet flavors
- From Ybarra, the brand standard for commercial olives
- Size - 2 x 5 oz/142 g
This is an interesting recipe: A premium quality Manzanilla olive from Sevilla stuffed with lemon peel and just a touch of garlic as a seasoning.
It works very well – the citrus flavor is enhanced, the lemon is quite appealing. We think you will enjoy them a lot.
Our Ybarra Collection of Olives is produced by the eminent Hijos de Ybarra company. Originally founded in 1842 by the first Count of Ybarra, Don José María de Ybarra y Gutierrez de Coviedes, it remains in the family’s hands six generations later.
Originally drawn from his estate in the Aljarife region of southeast Sevilla province, Aljarife manzanilla table olives there are noted for their plumpness, size and flavor.
Ybarra is known throughout Spain as the standard against which all other commercial olives are measured.

"These olives are very nice with just a hint of lemon."

"These are my favorite olives EVER. Other lemon-stuffed olives I've bought are sweetly and strongly (and often fake) lemon-flavored. I love lemons, but,... These are the perfect balance. I'm so glad I spent the time online to find them. Geographically, we're in kind of a retail black hole, so online is it for a lot of stuff. THANK YOU!"

"The pepper-stuffed olives changed my whole perception of green olives, so I wanted to try another variety. So far, the lemon are the only type I have tried from my recent order...they are very good and I can really taste the lemon. I am looking forward to test-tasting the remaining varieties."

"Outstanding! Incredible flavour . Will only eat olives from Spain because I can taste the olive. American olives are too salty."

"A slight lemon flavor, not overwelming, blends nicely with the olives."

"I had eaten lemon struffed olives before that these were not what we expected. They were certainly eatable but we thought the assorted olives were a far superior product."

"These aren't bad, but they aren't truly "lemon stuffed". According to the ingredient list, the stuffing is actually a paste of water, garlic, stabilizer, sodic aginate, and lemon flavor. I've had olives stuffed with actual lemon peel before, and they were amazing. That's what I was hoping these were. I gave 3 stars because the olives themselves are pretty good, but the lemon flavor is barely detectable. "
