This trio represents the three primary olive regions in Spain: nutty arbequina olives from Cataluña, tangy empeltre olives from Aragón and classic manzanilla olives from Andalucía.

It is a perfect collection to serve as a tapa, as there is an olive to suit everyone's taste. And a treat for the olive lover who may not have tasted all the types before.

Esta es una selección auténticamente artesana, del campo de olivos a usted. Incluso las más pequeñas tienen algunos rabillos. Este trío representa las tres regiones aceituneras primarias de España: la arbequina de tinte a fruto seco de Cataluña, la ácida y madura Empeltre de Aragón, y la clásica verde de Andalucía. La mayor parte de la gente conoce las aceitunas firmes, que se recogen cuando todavía están verdes. Por otra parte, muchos españoles disfrutan también de las más suaves y maduras, como las empeltres de esta selección que casi no están procesadas.
