Esta es una selección auténticamente artesana, del campo de olivos a usted. Incluso las más pequeñas tienen algunos rabillos. Este trío representa las tres regiones aceituneras primarias de España: la arbequina de tinte a fruto seco de Cataluña, la ácida y madura Empeltre de Aragón, y la clásica verde de Andalucía. La mayor parte de la gente conoce las aceitunas firmes, que se recogen cuando todavía están verdes.
