2 cups hot water
1 cup milk
1 can condensed milk
1 cup amaranth
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
ground cinnamon
2 cloves Soak the rice in warm water for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse. Put the rice on a pot and add the two cups of water and cook for 10 minutes. Once the rice is done, add the milk, condensed milk, amaranth, sugar and raisins. Mix all well. Cover and keep coking for another 15 minutes, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Let it cool and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. Serves 6.
