Legends tell that rocotos or locotos where cultivated and used 5000 years ago by the Incas, Aymaras and Quechuas. This medium size pepper is bright, colorful and their seeds are black. But it is best known for its bold and hot flavor! This exotic pepper still grows in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador and it’s charged by antioxidants and vitamins C. The paste is made from selected rocotos to enjoy alone over your favorite meat, fish, poultry or simply any dish.


Red hot pepper, salt, citric acid and sodium benzoate as preservative.
