But it is best known for its bold and hot flavor! This exotic pepper still grows in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador and it’s charged by antioxidants and vitamins C. The paste is made from selected rocotos to enjoy alone over your favorite meat, fish, poultry or simply any dish.
