Native to the New World, the pineapple in this chocolate bar is the first pineapple grown in the Andean region. It is grown by Colombian peasant families on temperate lands using sustainable, farmer friendly agricultural practices.
The pineapple pieces in this chocolate bar were carefully hand selected from only the very best fruits. Processed in a way that preserved both the full flavor of the pineapple and the aromatic flavor of the cocoa beans. Chocolate Santander is also the only single origin brand of chocolate produced in Colombia.
