Budín Valente Con Frutas is sweet loaf of cake with dried fruits and raisins. These lovely cakes are wonderful to savor throughout the year but are most often enjoyed during the Christmas or New Year's Eve holidays.
Ingredients
Fortified wheat flour, sugar, eggs, oleomargarine, drained fruit, cornstarch, raisins, salt. Emusifier: fatty acid monoglycerides and diglycerdides (INC 471). Acidulant (INS 330), Citric acid. Chemical leavening: ammonium bicorbonate (INS 503ii). Additives: vanillin. Leavening: aluminum phosphate and sodium. Preservatives: calcium propionate (INS 282), and sorbic acid (INS 200). Artificial coloring: curcumin (INS 100i). Contains Gluten, Wheat, Milk and Eggs.
