Pan Dulce Valente is a light, sweet cake packed with dried fruits and raisins in the panettone style. The panettone tradition originated in Milan, in the north of Italy. When Italians migrated to Argentina, they brought this delicious tradition with them. These lovely cakes are most often enjoyed during the Christmas or New Year holidays, and also throughout the year.
