We cut our own Jamón Ibérico slices from whole Spanish hams, and these bones are produced fresh in our facilities. The bones still have pieces of cured Ibérico ham on them, adding even more flavor.
Jamón Ibérico is cured for over two years in Spain, and is one of the world’s finest hams. The Ibérico breed of pigs is only found in Spain.
You will receive one or two bones, with an approximate total weight of 1 pound, vacuum packed in plastic. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month, or freeze for even longer. The ham on these bones is fully dry-cured and safe to eat without cooking.
