Traditional Jamón holders, or Jamoneros, are essential for presenting and slicing a whole ham. Otherwise, slicing wafer thin pieces can be exasperating and is perhaps nigh on to impossible without lots of patience!
We have tried various versions – there are literally hundreds of them – and find this one to be the most practical.
