El Caserio was created in the 1960s by a group of entrepreneurs in Navarra. The original dulce de leche candies were created in the late 1930s in the town of Tafalla by a master confectioner.
For over 40 years, El Caserio has been known for quality Spanish sweet and confections, and is now one of the largest candy makers in Spain.
