This chorizo is smoked and contains pork, wine, oregano, garlic, pimentón smoked paprika and sea salt. It is quite a different recipe than our Palacios chorizos from the La Rioja region of Spain - a province far from Galicia.

This dry-cured sausage is ready to serve, just slice it up and enjoy with crusty bread and a good cheese. We like to simmer these authentic chorizos in wine in a clay cazuela. (U.S. Made)
