Lomo is a dry-cured loin of pork, full flavored but with very little fat. Campofrio cures its lomo with garlic, paprika, sugar and other spices and hangs it to cure for up to 90 days. Many people choose lomo over jamón serrano and chorizo for the family table. This extra large piece can feed a crowd, yielding up to 100 slices.

Slice very thinly and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil for a classic taste of Spain. Great as a 'tapa' with manchego cheese or jamón slices. It makes a great sandwich, especially on a crusty roll. This lomo is approximately two inches thick. (contains preservatives)
