Lomo is a dry-cured loin of pork, full flavored but with very little fat. Campofrio cures its lomo with garlic, paprika, sugar and other spices and hangs it to cure for up to 90 days. Many people choose lomo over jamón serrano and chorizo for the family table.

Slice very thinly and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil for a classic taste of Spain. Great as a 'tapa' with manchego cheese or jamón slices. It also makes a great sandwich on a crusty roll. This lomo is approximately two inches thick. (contains preservatives)
