These delicious pork sausages imported from Spain are seasoned with smoked hot Spanish paprika -- pimentón picante --for the distinctive flavor that sets Spanish chorizo apart from sausages of any other country.
“Hot Palacios Chorizo” does not mean ‘hot’ in the Mexican sense of the word. In fact, Spanish chorizo has virtually no resemblance to the product from Mexico. Actually, the word in Spanish is ‘picante’ - so the appropriate English word is ‘piquant’.
They are fully dry-cured and ready to eat with your favorite cheese and wine. About 1 inch thick. All natural. Minimally processed. No artificial preservatives.

"Very disappointed - This is not the first time I purchased Palacios Chorizo from La Tienda, so I know what quality I can expect. When I opened the first one, it was VERY gooey and difficult to even bite. I though that it was bud luck until I opened the second one yesterday and Had the same problem. I hope no one else has the same problem. Customer Service offered me to send the product back for a refund"
