Chorizo Chistorra (Breakfast Sausage)
(Quijote Brand - U.S. made)

$7.50  7oz/200g   / CZ-17

Quantity:

- Great for grilling and paella
- Traditionally from Navarra
- Try sautéing in wine or beer!

This long and thin chorizo originated in the Basque Country. It is made of lightly smoked lean pork and lots of sweet Pimentón de la Vera paprika.

Chistorra is usually eaten for breakfast, but it is also very good on the grill. We like to cook them up with eggs in the morning, or add them to soups, paellas etc.

Made in the US from a Basque recipe. About 1/2 inch thick.
