Lleno de grandes trozos de carne y no demasiada grasa, es una gran tapa. Córtelo muy fino en redondo y sírvalo con queso y aceitunas, o hágase un bocadillo con pan de hogaza fresco.
Esta pieza tan grande es buenísima para una fiesta. Si queda algo, simplemente envuelva el extremo y póngalo en la nevera. Para que dure más, lo puede congelar.
