Before we tasted this bar, our idea of milk chocolate was a Hershey bar, a handful of M&M's, an Almond Joy, or some such candy. Well, were we in for an unexpected treat when we unwrapped the gold foil of this remarkable bar. Partisan as we are in favor of dark chocolate, at first we were skeptical about the virtues of Blanxart milk chocolate and needed to be educated. We knew the bar was made in a renowned Catalan chocolate kitchen, so it had to be top quality, but we were won over when each of us bit into this smooth rich milk chocolate. (more info)
