Tortas de Aceite, or olive oil cookies, originated in Sevilla over 100 years ago. Using premium extra virgin olive oil, the pastries are formed by hand with a mix of flour, anise seeds and a bit of sugar. The resulting wafer is a lightly sweet pastry with a touch of anise and one bite is never enough.
Whether you’re longing for the sweet treat you enjoyed in Spain or hope to try this regional specialty for the first time, our tortas are a delight.
